Covid-19
- Beech House is enlisted in the "Good to Go" scheme.
- A risk assessment has been carried out and the rooms are cleaned and sanitised according to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol.
- Wherever possible the holiday let is left vacant for three days between bookings but there is always a minimum gap of twenty four hours between bookings to allow for cleaning.
- If any form of lock down is imposed Beech House reserves the right to cancel at short notice in which case all monies will be refunded.
House rental
- Beech House is non smoking indoors.
- There is a strict no pets policy.
- Normal check in time is midday. Normal check out time is 10.00am.
If you require a concession on this to possibly deposit luggage earlier, or if you are likely to arrive later in the evening please advise beforehand.
- The check out time of 10.00am may be extended or waived but this is dependant on following bookings and is entirely at the discretion of the management. You will be informed of this on your arrival.
- Full payment is normally required at the time of booking.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until full payment is received.
- Booking cancellations are refunded in all circumstances.
- For payments that have been made through Paypal, any refunds will be subject to a deduction to cover any Paypal charges incurred.
- In the unlikely event that circumstances occur which are beyond our control Beech House reserve the right to cancel any bookings and refund any payments received.
In this situation Beech House will not be liable to pay any compensation.
- The number in your party staying should not exceed that number agreed with at the time of booking. If you are expecting guests to visit you during your stay please let the owner know before hand.
- Single sex groups are accepted but all night parties are not allowed. Guests should note that the audio system is on an automatic timed supply which turns off between the hours of 1.00am and 8.00am and that this can not be overridden.
- All bed linen, towels, tea towels, soaps are provided. For longer stays a change of linen and towels is provided in the rooms.
- Any breakages or spillages should be notified immediately so that any corrective action can be taken promptly.
- All vehicles parked and their contents remain the responsibility of the owner.
- During your stay you are responsible for the care of the property and contents.
- Whenever leaving the property please ensure that all doors and windows are shut and secured.
- At the end of your stay please leave the property as you would wish to find it.
- The intention is that your stay should be as enjoyable as possible. If you have any problems or issues during your stay please make your concens known.
- If you encounter any problems or issues during your stay please inform the owner so that the situation can be resolved.
Standard Liability
- Subject to clause 2 below the Owner is not liable for:
- the death of, or injury to, the occupiers or visitors to the Property; or
- damage to, or theft of, any possessions of the occupiers or the occupiers invitees to the Property;
- any losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs or expenses or other liability incurred by the occupier(s) or the occupier’s invitees to the Property during their occupation; or
- the acts or omissions of any other resident of the Property or their visitors.
- Nothing in clause 1 shall limit or exclude the Owner’s liability for:
- death or personal injury or damage to property caused by negligence on the part of the Owner or its agents; or
- any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for the Owner to exclude or restrict liability.
- Except as expressly provided in these terms, all representations, conditions and warranties whether express or implied (by statute or otherwise) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The parties to this agreement hereby acknowledge that having regard to all the circumstances the provisions of these terms are fair and reasonable.
